Q:How many covey's can we expect to see on a half day hunt if I'm hunt in a party of four (4)?
A:You should see between 10 an 15 covey's and many more single's double's as our goal is to keep you on birds.
Q: Do you hunt from UTV's or horse back?
A: Our hunts are designed to get you on the ground and into birds and keep you into birds. Since we manage the ranch to hold many birds it does not require us the travel long distant between covey's. However we do travel to new area's on the ranch in late model trucks. Our hunts are walking hunts across gentle roll fields and grassland. Should you have trouble walking and require the assistance of a vehicle please request this option at the time you book your hunt as our UTV availability is limited.
Q:Can I bring my own UTV or ATV?
A: Yes you can bring your own UTV/ ATV vehicle however we limit access to your guides hunting area. We do not allow free range driving of hunting vehicle's on our property.
Q: What is the Bag Limit?
A:The Texas State Law Permits 15 per hunter per day
Q: Do you have a Cleaning service?
A: Yes we provide cleaning service for all game and bag it. We recommend that you bring a small cooler with ice to transport you harvest home with.
If you forget ice there is bags of ice for sales at a nearby store.
